Dragomira's impressions from University of Esslingen in Esslingen am Neckar
International Teaching Week - 18 to 23 May 2022
"Ch. Assistant Professor Dragomira Nikolova from the Department of Medical Genetics at the Faculty of Medicine took part in the International Teaching Exchange during the International Teaching Week at the University of Esslingen in Esslingen am Neckar, near Stuttgart, from 18 to 23 May 2022.
The seminar / exchange was organized within the Erasmus+ programme by prof.dr. Siegfried Zürn, Director of the International Exchange Center at the University of Esslingen and Prof. Dr. Rainer Elste (Director of the Faculty of Management and Technology.
"I was invited to give lectures to students from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and in particular in the field of cell biology and biotechnology of prof.dr. Bettina Weiss
The lectures were on: Genetic control of the processes of cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis./ Carcinogenesis. Prevention of cancer. Targeted therapy of malignant diseases. I also participated in aseminar and brainstorming sessions on "New concepts in international teaching. After my presentation at MU-Sofia, the students at the visited university showed a strong interest in short-term Erasmus visiting programs", shared her experience Ch. Ass. Prof. D. Nikolova.
